- Size Queens will become disappointed if they have sex with Sims that have a Small Cock.

- Sims with a Non-Loose Anus/Vagina may gape if penetrated by Big Cocks multiple times in quick succession.
- If a Sim is gaping and they continue to be penetrated by Big Cocks, the gaping may become permanent, loosening their orifice.
